The Shipping Agency section of Gazal Logistics offers its Principals a gamut of services including Husbanding of Ships
During their call at Umm Qasr Port at berth no: 5, a berth that is solely owned by Gazal Logistics and also contains a fully equipped 110,000 sqm yard. These services entails liaison with port authorities for suitable berthing cost effective Ship Chandelling, Bunkering and a continuous operational support during the vessel’s stay at the Port.

The Operations Team including Supervisory and Managerial Staff positioned at the Port constantly oversee, discharge and Stevedoring operations ensuring smooth and effective handling and resultant quick turnaround of vessels. Full tally and checks are maintained throughout the discharge period and any apparent damage etc. is notified immediately to all concerned viz. Principals, Consignees and Insurers / Underwriters for arrangement of Surveys & Inspection.

State-of-the-art computerized systems ensure centralized accounting with quick settlement of freight and speedy remittances, cost controls and computerized zero defect documentation.

Both containers and break-bulk services including Ship Chartering activities keeps Gazal Logistics on the list of customers requiring LCL, FCL, break-bulk and large cargo fixtures.
